ZERO STARS Tried a tin of their Ginger Crisps cookies yesterday. The taste was terrible, and they had a little unknown liquid pooling inside the tin. Called Moravian to offer to return the cookies for a replacement tin. I have never been treated more rudely on the phone by anyone else in my life. The woman I spoke to basically told me to take a flying leap. She refused to accept a return and refused to replace the cookies. She told me since I didn't like these cookies, I no doubt wouldn't like anything else they sent me. Awful cookies and bottom-of-the-barrel customer service.
